Partners Visit Village Creek

The heavy rains yes­ter­day did not dampen the enthu­si­asm of our local, state, and fed­eral part­ners who came to see our efforts to revi­tal­ize Vil­lage Creek! It was a great day. We started in Ens­ley, and then we trav­eled upstream to the Nor­wood com­mu­nity. Then, over a great bar­beque lunch at McWane, the part­ners’ learned about the new Green­wood Park along Vil­lage Creek. After lunch, we vis­ited Roe­buck Springs where Dr. Mike How­ell gave every­one an update on the water­cress darter. The day ended at the East­ern Health Cen­ter.
