The landscape architecture firm, Wallace Roberts and Todd, a nationally renowned landscape architecture firm from Philadelphia, produced the Red Mountain Park Master Plan. ConsultEcon, a firm from Cambridge, Massachusetts, developed an economic impact study and business plan for the Park. Their visits to Birmingham occurred in the summer and fall of 2006 and winter of 2007. During these trips, they visited area recreational amenities and talked with the public to produce the final master plan.
